International pole retreat run by Fit 2 Flaunt, the pole fitness app and online store founded by Shelly Murdock. Twelve hours of pole classes, three-hour morning sessions on four days at a two-room pole studio, with Cape Town excursions in the afternoons, a safari day and a free day. Airfare, visas, tips and airport transfers are not included. A USD 350 deposit secures a place.
