Nothing here publishes automatically. Every submission is read by a person and checked against the organizer's own site or booking page before it becomes a listing. That check is the whole reason this directory is worth reading, so expect days, not minutes.

What are you telling us?

Their own site, booking page or shop, not an aggregator or a directory. This is where we check, so a submission without one cannot be verified.

Leave it empty if no date is published. We list retreats between editions and say the date is not announced rather than guessing.
